David trained as an occupational hygienist whilst at Colt Ventilation in the 1970s. When Colt abandoned the project in 1980, David left to start his own company. O'heal have been trading for 30 years and continues to offer occupational hygiene support to employers of all sizes. David also works as an Expert Witness, advising the Courts on the likelihood that the working environment has contributed to a Claimants' disease - primarily asthma and cancer cases. In 1999 - 2000 he was President of the British Institute of Occupational Hygienists, and is a Past President of HHSEG.
